In the explanation of the narrative of miracles, it is elucidated that the very fulfillment of His promise to Israel was accompanied by immense affection. This is hinted at in the words of the author of the Haggadah, "Blessed is He who keeps His promise to Israel," indicating that it is not merely the preservation and fulfillment of the promise that is significant. Even though it would be an easy task for Him to bring Israel out of Egypt, He nevertheless did not lose focus on fulfilling His promise. He continually reminded Himself and the entire heavenly host that He would redeem Israel, in order to make His affection for Israel known to all. Therefore, we must thank and bless Him both for the fulfillment of the promise itself and for the profound affection He showed us, which was expressed in His constant remembrance and anticipation of the appointed time for its fulfillment.
