And in any case, the Rif (Pesachim 25b in the pages of the Rif) wrote: "Anyone who does not say these three things on Passover has not fulfilled his obligation - meaning, he has not fulfilled his obligation properly, but it does not mean that he has not fulfilled his obligation at all, as stated in Sukkah (28a): If so, if you were accustomed, you did not fulfill the mitzvah of Sukkah in your lifetime. Not specifically, for the reason of that is not because perhaps he will come to eat after his meal, and anywhere he does not eat is not enough that he has not fulfilled, but certainly as we say".
