In light of these matters, we should be warned by the wonderful words of the Ramban (Exodus 13:16), who wrote as follows: "And from the great and well-known miracles, a person acknowledges the hidden miracles, which are the foundation of the entire Torah. A person does not have a portion in the Torah of Moshe Rabbeinu until we believe that all our affairs and events are miracles; there is no nature and customary way of the world in them, whether for the many or the individual. Rather, if one fulfills the mitzvot, his reward will cause him success, and if he transgresses them, his punishment will cut him off—everything is by the decree of the Most High, as I have already mentioned (Genesis 17:1 and above 6:2). The hidden miracles will become public in the matter of the many, as it comes in the promises of the Torah regarding the blessings and the curses, as the scripture says (Deuteronomy 29:23–24), 'And all the nations will say, Why has Hashem done this to this land?' 'And they will say, Because they abandoned the covenant of Hashem, the God of their fathers,' the matter will be known to all the nations that it is from Hashem in their punishment. And it says in the fulfillment (Deuteronomy 28:10), 'And all the peoples of the earth will see that the name of Hashem is called upon you, and they will fear you.'" End of quote. This is because in the ten plagues and the Exodus from Egypt, the supernatural guidance specific to the people of Israel was revealed.
